What we do
Support shaped around the person, not the schedule
24-hour care
Caregivers on-site around the clock. Personal care, medication administration, and support with everything the day asks for.
Community living supports
Appointments, work, volunteering, church, the gym, the grocery run. The ordinary week that makes a life feel like a life.
Skill building
Cooking, budgeting, riding TriMet alone, speaking up in a meeting. Goals set with the person, tracked against their ISP.
Health coordination
We book it, we drive there, we take notes, and we tell you what the doctor said. Medication administration by trained staff.
Behavior support
Positive behavior support plans written with a consultant and followed by every shift, not just the ones who were at the meeting.
For case managers
We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit
You have placed someone badly before and had to unpick it. So have we. Call the referral line and we will talk through the person, what they need, and whether one of our houses actually works — including when the answer is no.
Work with us
The job is the relationship.
We take Direct Support Professional applications year-round. No experience needed — we train you, we pay for the certification, and we promote from within. Most of our house managers started on the floor.
